Hawaiians are well known to be superstitious and rightfully so. From witnessing first hand, the Fire Goddess, Pele, to close encounters with Night Marchers while hunting wild boar at night, many Hawaiians today are still very much entrenched in these legends.
Oahu also is said to be one of the most haunted islands in the world, and is right up there with Savannah, Georgia, New Orleans, and St. Augustine, Florida with its share of ghost sightings and stories. Oahu Ghost Tours® opens some of O’ahu’s most haunted locations to visitors for you to make your own determination. Our guides are some of the best in the spiritual world at identifying supernatural activity, and are also acclaimed storytellers. Dressed in authentic period clothing, Oahu Ghost Tours® brings guests back to the time when many of the happy, sad or terrible events that created these sites as haunts took place.
Tours are offered Friday and Saturday nights. There are pickup spots located in almost the dead center of Waikiki near most hotels. Just in case the spirits are aware of our presence and restless when we visit, bringing a camera is recommended.
